We loved the whole staff in particular Kiby she’s one of the managers she was very sweet,kind & very helpful always making sure we had everything we needed it she made us feel very special from the first day we got there she welcomed us with cocktails & our suite was beautiful decorated with flowers ,fruits & chocolates , she made sure our trip was very fun & special , also Khun Nocc & Mike the other 2 managers on site went far & beyond to make sure our stay was good & fun we can’t say enough about them & the whole staff , we highly appreciated, we’ll definitely be back next year to stay there once again , a great location ♥️

1) Excellent location close to Paying beach, has it's own private beach only accessible to the hotel 2) Top notch facilities - could not fault anything 3) staff were friendly and very helpful with everything 4) very good breakfast - up to the standards of a 5* hotel 5) rooms were large and well equipped with everything from a couch, to modern amenities, jacuzzi, large walk in shower, huge TV, and Aircon. There was even a Nespresso-tye coffee machine. 6) housekeeping was excellent. Everything restocked and cleaned everyday, even the floors were swept and mopped everyday 7) stunning views of the Patong bay and ocean

The room having pool access having infinity pool is one of the best , one can enjoy the beautiful sunset AND any words are less to praise the clean pool and beautiful view. It makes up for everything. Welcoming natured reception staff teddy and ck were brilliant. Breakfast although having limited choice was delicious and well prepared. Rooms were spacious and well equipped with Jaccuzi and Smart TV . Placement of wash basin outside the toilet although aesthetically pleasingbut functionality wise a bit of challenge. Room need a bit more of furniture like travelling bag table etc.

The room was nice and clean the bed was very comfortable we were really happy to stay in it, the pool was absolutely amazing, it was overlooking the sea we could see the sea and part of patong beach while we were swimming, the breakfast is good, many selections of food. Everything was great, the staff was really friendly all of them and that’s what I was really like besides everything, they are always ready to help, Unfortunately I couldn’t remember their names to mention but all of them were lovely , I could remember (pop) the young girl she was so lovely ☺️

The best part of this hotel is the infinity pool. The view is beautiful & pool water is temperature controlled. The sea view rooms have a jaccuzi in the balcony which is really nice. The special rooms have their own little pool with the terrace. Plus points: - not too far from main patong beach & 10 mins drive to bangla road if you are a night life fan - beautiful infinity pool with a great view - jacuzzi in rooms - their hotel manager Mike made our stay very comfortable. Hes very helpful, accommodating, understands english, & extremely helpful
